Returns & Refunds
• You can return your order within 10 days of receiving it.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Wrong Item Received
• If you received the wrong item by mistake from our side, you can:
– Return it and get a refund (return shipping fees will be deducted), or
– Request an exchange for the correct item.
Refund Process
• Refunds start after our team receives and checks the returned item to make sure it meets the return conditions.
Getting Your Refund
• Refunds are sent via Instapay or bank transfer.
• Please let us know your preferred method when requesting the refund.
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Shipping fees for exchanges are paid by the customer.
• If the item was incorrect (from our side), exchange shipping fees will be free.
